One of New Zealand's youngest convicted killers is again before the courts.
Bailey Junior Kurariki was 12 when he took part in the killing of Auckland pizza delivery worker Michael Choy in 2001 and was jailed for seven years for manslaughter.
Earlier this year, Kurariki was spared a further jail term for assaulting his girlfriend and breaching bail conditions.
He appeared in Manukau District Court on Monday charged with intentional damage.
Court documents say he is accused of damaging a stereo, DVD player and various bathroom accessories and fittings.
Kurariki was granted bail and the matter has been referred to the Family Violence Court.
