Auckland Council says mistakes have been made in the printing of some local body election booklets.
A resident in the Albany ward told Radio New Zealand several pages are missing from the District Health Board section of his election booklet.
Ross Craig says at least four pages are missing, including details about the Waitemata DHB candidate he wants to vote for.
Mr Craig says he is concerned the error could affect the local elections if it is widespread.
The council says it knows of just eight printing errors in the one million election booklets it sent out last week.
A spokesperson says if any voters in Auckland find defects in their copy, they can find the full booklet online at voteauckland.co.nz.
