A member of the public has found a man's body in a creek on the outskirts of Blenheim.
The body was found just after 11am on Wednesday near the end of the Riverlands Rail Trail, behind Riverlands Industrial Estate. The area has been cordoned off.
Police said a member of the public spotted the body and a bicycle in a creek near a cycleway.
The body has been formally identified but police are not releasing the name until next of kin have been advised.
They will not say whether it is that of missing Blenheim man Glenn McGregor, 39, who has not been seen since last Thursday morning.
