Police say the death of a 65-year-old man in South Auckland is not suspicious.
Officers were called to a gathering at an address in the suburb of Wiri after the man was found unconscious.
He died despite attempts by the ambulance staff to revive him.
Police say a post-mortem has been conducted and the matter will be referred to the Coroner.
