A year after an Auckland woman disappeared, police say they want to find her body to give her family some peace of mind.
Bin Chen, known as Cissy, was reported missing by her partner on the evening of 5 November last year from her North Shore home.
No arrests have been made in the case, which was scaled up to a murder investigation in 2012.
Police say specialist teams have searched several areas where they believe Ms Chen may have been buried.
Detective Sergeant Megan Goldie says Ms Chen's two brothers are still very distressed about their sister's disappearance and police want to recover her body to allow the family to bury her properly.
