Foul play feared with missing woman

Police in Counties Manukau say foul play may be behind a woman's disappearance.

Dominique Pepi-Foster, 19, was last seen leaving a house in Gloucester Road in Manurewa on Thursday night, and the police say they hold grave fears for her safety.

They say Ms Pepi-Foster is likely to be with Jeffery Makapi Rapana, 31, who has a bail condition not to contact her.

Detective Senior Sergeant Al Symonds said they have received texts from Ms Pepi-Foster's phone but are not sure she is the person sending them.

He said police would like whoever is sending the texts to call them, so they can confirm Ms Pepi-Foster is safe.

She and Mr Rapana left the house in a red 1994 Honda Accord with the registration ETC684. It may have a broken windscreen.
