A blaze at a Dunedin industrial park requiring all of the city's fire crews has been put out.
Nine crews were sent to the former Burnside freezing works when the blaze broke out in a car repair workshop at 9.45am on Tuesday.
Black smoke triggered the evacuation of the four-storey concrete complex that houses a number of car wrecking and restoring businesses.
The Fire Service said it has been told there were squatters living in the building and is investigating the cause of the blaze.
