Telecom says some of its customers can't access their Yahoo Xtra email accounts because of a hardware fault.
It says the fault is at Yahoo's data center and is affecting email services around the world.
Telecom says the problem has been fixed and customers should start getting access soon.
Telecom reviewed its partnership with Yahoo Xtra in February after almost 90,000 customers came under a spam attack.
