A man has been charged with setting fire to a home in Northland.
The arrest comes almost two years after the home in Purua, north of Whangarei, burned to the ground.
Police say the owner of the house was overseas at the time of the fire in February 2012.
They've arrested a 51-year-old man who is due to appear in court on Tuesday.
He will also be facing unrelated charges of making intimate recordings, and publishing and possessing them.
