A man who police say cut off his electronic ankle bracelet is wanted after an incident at an Auckland bottle store.
Hellensville police say they want to speak to 19-year-old Levi Hemana, after a man mowing his lawns was challenged to a fight because of the way he looked at the driver of a car.
Police say Hemana stopped the car he was driving as asked the man what he was looking at, before challenging him to a fight.
The man then followed the car Hemana was driving, and tried to take a photo of it when it was parked at a bottle store.
Police say the man's car was smashed with a golf club, and he hid behind a power-pole and a signpost to avoid being hit.
