A man has handed himself in to police investigating the indecent assault of a teenage girl.
The 13 year-old was touched inappropriately while she was in the WestCity cinema in Henderson last Tuesday.
A man was seen going between all eight theatres in the complex.
Police said a man, 46, has given himself up following publicity.
He will appear in the Waitakere District Court on Wednesday charged with indecent assault.
He is also charged with unlawfully being on a property and obtaining by deception, which is a fraud-related charge.
