Seven people have escaped a house fire in Hamilton which destroyed the building.
A Fire Service spokesman says the blaze, in Norrie Street in the south of the city, was well alight when crews arrived about 1am on Thursday.
He said the house was gutted and the occupants have lost everything apart from the clothes they were wearing.
