A man wanted in relation to the death of a homeless person in Auckland will appear in the Rotorua District Court on Wednesday.

Maqbool Hussain was found dead in a squat on Dominion Road on 24 March. He had been violently attacked.
Police had a warrant for the arrest of Justin Turner, who is also homeless. The 28-year-old was arrested in Taupo about 12.30pm on Tuesday after members of the public saw him and contacted police.
Detective Inspector Chris Cahill said the charges have not been confirmed and police still want help from the public to find out about Mr Turner's movements at the time of the crime.
