Police have concerns for the safety of Waihi Beach woman missing since Sunday.
Kelly Ann Sinclair has not been seen since leaving a friend's house in Katikati at 11.20pm. Ms Sinclair was headed to another friend's house in Mount Manganui, but never arrived.
Police say the last person to see her said she seemed to be in an emotional state.
Ms Sinclair was last seen in a blue 1997 Audi A3 with the registration number DBM787.
Anyone who may have information about her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
