Name suppression has lapsed for the man accused of murdering Wellington woman Sarwan Lata.
Ms Lata's body was found at her home in the northern Wellington suburb of Woodridge in November 2013.
It can now be revealed that the man accused of killing her is her former husband, Rajeshwar Singh.
The 47-year-old's trial is scheduled to begin in August at the High Court in Wellington.
