Michael Griffin, who was 56, suffered a brutal beating at his home in Second Avenue last weekend.

A 16-year-old has been charged with murder.

Police have not ruled out the possibility that more than one person was involved in the attack.

Detective Inspector Kevin Burke said police door-knocking in the area are asking residents to recall anything that could shed more light on the case.

Mr Burke said he was especially interested in any sightings of two orange BMX bikes taken from Mr Griffin's home, and later found by police.
