All Black centre Sonny Bill Williams is now a father - describing the birth of his baby girl as the "proudest moment of his life."
Williams' wife Alana gave birth to a baby girl in Auckland this morning.
SBW was in Cardiff with the All Blacks as they prepare for the test against Wales, but was given leave to miss training so he could stay in the team's hotel and keep in contact with his family in New Zealand.
After the birth Williams said on Twitter it was the "proudest moment of his life", sending out an image of his new daughter's toes.
All Black assistant coach Ian Foster said the couple made the decision for Sonny to stay on tour during the birth.
Foster said as an All Black family the team enjoys celebrating these events - they had also marked the birth of prop Charlie Faumuina's second baby girl last week - and there had been no disruption to preparations for the weekend's test.
