The man charged with the murder of a man who died after being dropped at an emergency clinic can be named for the first time.
Ben Bosch Herkt appeared at the High Court in Auckland today.
His lawyer Peter Kaye entered a not guilty plea on his client's behalf before Justice Lang set a trial date in October.
Police said the victim, Matthew Greenslade, had been taken to an accident and emergency clinic in Takanini last month, but despite medical staff's efforts he died.
