Rotorua Lotto player $24.3 million richer

Someone from Hamilton has won more than $16 million on the Lotto with the winning ticket being sold at a Countdown supermarket in the city, last night.

A Christchurch man who was initially told he'd won $14,000 on Lotto was blown away when he found out it was actually $14 million. It's the 19th largest lotto prize ever won in NZ.
