Auckland police have found a 12-year-old Mt Albert girl who went missing this afternoon.

Zinder Falakoa was last seen at Balmoral Primary School and school staff contacted police at about 1pm to report her missing.
Polcie expressed concerns for her safety, but confirmed she had been found a short time ago.
Police said she was on her way with family members to a police station, and thanked all who assisted with the search.
