A South Auckland TAB was robbed on Saturday morning by a man armed with a rifle, police say.
Police say the man walked into the TAB in Otara's town centre just after 11am wearing a dark hooded jacket and long trousers.
He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The police are asking anyone who saw people acting suspiciously in the area to contact them.
