Police looking for a Christchurch woman now say it's too soon to say whether something sinister has happened to her.
Tisha Lowry, 28, was last seen at the Bower Tavern in Aranui about midday on 25 September. She had been there with her grandfather.
Detective Senior Sergeant Virginia Le Bas says they still cannot rule out the possibility that she may simply have left the area.
Last week, Ms Le Bas said that Ms Lowry's disappearance seems more sinister as time goes by.
