Tenders are being sought for planning work for a major section of the Wellington Northern Corridor road.
The corridor, one of the Government's seven roads of national significance, is being developed as a four-lane expressway from Levin to Wellington Airport in the next 10 years.
The Peka Peka to Otaki section will include a bypass at Otaki and intersection improvements.
The work being tendered includes scheme assessment and engineering services, environmental management, planning and consultation for the 13-kilometre four-lane expressway between Peka Peka Road and Taylors Road.
