Police are investigating what appears to be an attempted abduction outside a school in Hamilton.
Officers are looking into a report that a man tried to grab a boy near Frankton School on Monday.

A post to the school's Facebook page said the man, thought to be about 18, grabbed one of the students, put his hand over his mouth and lifted him off the ground.
It said the student kicked the man in the groin area and was able to run to his mother in the carpark.
Police have spoken with the boy and his mother.
The attacker is described as Caucasian, in his early 20s, with black hair, wearing a black T-shirt with a white skull on it.
