Search teams have located the body of a hunter missing in Wairarapa.

The 60-year-old had failed to return from a hunting trip in Tora Bush on Sunday.
Police said the man was an experienced hunter but was not familiar with the area.
Police and Land Search and Rescue teams had worked through the night to locate him.
