Police are appealing for information about a 12-year-old Auckland girl who has not been heard from for almost three days.

Jayda Fifita left her North Shore home overnight on Tuesday and has not been in contact with her family since.
Police said Jayda lived with extended family on the North Shore, who were her primary caregivers.
She was at the home of an immediate family member in Ōtāhuhu but had not been touch with her immediate caregivers.
Jayda recently moved to the city to live with her extended family, and could be using public transport to get around, police said.
Anyone who had seen Jayda or knew her location was asked to contact police immediately.
