Spark says it has fixed an issue that saw some customers unable to access their emails - though there might be delays as the backlog clears.
The company is in the process of moving its Xtra customers, and all of their emails, from Yahoo to the local provider SMX.
Spark was not sure how many customers were affected, but said it was a small number. The problem only applied to those whose accounts had been moved to SMX.
The company said technicians were working with SMX to fix the problem.
