Jindarat Prutsiriporn died of head injuries in Middlemore Hospital after falling onto the road in Papatoetoe in March last year.

Cecilia Hansen was today sentenced to 11 months home detention when she appeared in the High Court in Auckland.

Justice Gilbert noted that Hansen played a minor role in the kidnapping.

The judge suppressed the facts of the case with other defendants due to stand trial later this year.
