A Greymouth man who died in a workplace accident in Harihari, on the West Coast, has been named.
Rory Hayward, 18, was one of four workers re-piling a house on Oneone Road.
Emergency workers were called to the scene about 2.30pm yesterday.
WorkSafe and the man's family have been notified, and the coroner will determine the cause of death.
