Man hands himself in to police after 22-year-old's death

A 22-year-old man on the run after the killing of a Pakuranga woman has handed himself in to the police.

The man had been charged with the murder of Chozyn Koroheke and he was expected to appear in the Manukau District Court tomorrow morning, police said.

Three men had been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by detectives investigating the crime.

In addition, a man, 47, and a woman, 24, had both been charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder.

The police earlier said that Ms Koroheke had been shot at close range with a shotgun.
