Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash yesterday in which a pizza delivery driver was killed.

A 22-year-old man died as a result of a collision between his scooter and an SUV at the intersection of Dent and Norfolk Streets, in Whangarei.
The crash happened about 6.50pm.
Police said they were speaking to the driver of a blue Toyota Rav 4 and they want to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the area, before the crash.
