One person is dead after a motorcycle and a truck crash on a Hastings road.

The motorcycle rider was pronounced dead on the scene on Stock Road in Bridge Pa.
A second person who was a pillion passenger on the motorbike, a man in his teens, is in a stable condition in Hawke's Bay Hospital.
Investigations into the crash are ongoing, and diversions are in place.
