Three men have been arrested after a police pursuit in Auckland.
The men, in their late teens and early twenties, failed to stop for police after they were seen speeding in Mt Roskill just before 8pm.
Police said a pursuit was called off a few minutes later as a helicopter was able to maintain sight of the car.
The men then dumped the vehicle on Guardwell Terrace and fled on foot before they were arrested.
Stolen goods were also found in the car.
