More strike action is on the cards next week for government employees.

The Public Service Association said its Inland Revenue and Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment members (MBIE) would walk off the job between 1 and 3pm on Monday over pay and work hours.
Earlier this month, 4000 employees went on strike for two hours and the PSA said negotiations had not progressed since then.
Rallies and marches are planned around the country during the strike.
