Police have launched a homicide investigation after a man died in Porirua.

On Sunday Sosiua Helotu Ula was found on Warspite Avenue in Porirua with critical injuries.
The 19-year-old from Auckland died in Wellington Hospital last night.
Police said they knew the man fell from a vehicle but police were trying to reconstruct his movements before that.
They are asking anyone who saw a black Mercededs driving in the Waitangirua Mall area last Sunday to get in touch.
One person has been taken into custody and charged with driving while disqualified and supplying methamphetamine in relation to the incident that caused Mr Ula's death.
