Six people have been arrested and part of an Auckland motel has been closed after a methamphetamine bust on Thursday morning.
Police in Auckland say the men, aged between 28 and 47, will appear in Auckland District Court on Thursday on a range of methamphetamine manufacturing and supply charges.
Part of the Jacaranda Motel on Manukau Rd in Newmarket is being assessed by a specialist clan lab team before police search it.
The police investigation is ongoing and is likely to take several days to complete.
Officers say the operation involves other locations in the Auckland region but are not revealing where.
