A woman has been charged with manslaughter after the death of a West Coast publican.
David White, 43, died last week after being punched in the head when he tried to break up an altercation at the Little Wanganui hotel in Buller.
A 38-year-old woman is to appear in Christchurch District Court on Wednesday.
