Police say a 69-year-old man who went missing in the suburb of Milford on Auckland's North Shore has been found safe and well.
The man was dropped off in Kitchener Rd on Friday by a friend in order to catch a midday bus to Tauranga, but he did not board it.
Concerns were expressed for his health and safety because he was understood to have a medical condition that could cause him to become disoriented.
Police now say, however, that he has now been located safe and well in Tauranga, after catching a later bus.
