The Transport Agency is warning motorists in Northland to drive with caution following a storm that caused widespread flooding and slips on Saturday.
A spokesperson, Steve Mutton, says while all state highways are open in the region, the storm caused extensive pot-holing and some sections remain at risk from slips.
He advises extreme care is needed on SH11 near Paihia, SH 12 at Kaihu near Dargaville and SH10 south of Kaeo.
