A 39 year old man has been charged with murder over an attack on a taxi driver from New Zealand in Sydney 15 years ago.
Peter Norman Golly, 54, suffered severe head injuries and was placed on life support after being attacked in 1994.
Sydney Superintendent Peter Lennon says the injuries he suffered led to his death three years later.
The man is to appear in court on Friday charged with murder, robbery, and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm.
