The Parole Board says a woman who says she is upset a letter arrived unannounced from one of her father's killers, actually requested to see the letter.

Raymond Mullins was murdered by three women in 1999.

His daughter, Leigh Anne Mullins, says she received a letter from one of the killers, Natalie Fenton, last September. It was stamped by the Parole Board.

The Parole Board says Ms Mullins sent an email saying she understood a letter of apology had been written and she wanted to see it.
