Police in Bay of Plenty have charged the driver of a logging truck with dangerous driving, after a crash involving a school bus near Ruatoki last year.
The bus had more than 16 school children on board, some of them standing in the aisle of the bus at the time of the crash.
Inspector Kevin Taylor says the truck driver, a 42- year-old Eastern Bay of Plenty man, will appear in court on Thursday 23 February charged with dangerous driving causing injury to 16 students.
