A man's body has been found in in the Oratia Stream in the West Auckland suburb of Henderson.
The body was discovered early Thursday afternoon by members of the public.
Police and Search and Rescue Team searched the stream and found the body near Edsel Street at 3pm.
Police are attempting to confirm the man's identity and how he died.
A post-mortem is being carried out at Auckland Hospital.
