A run-through of the week in news

Cartoon - Toby Morris considers the week's big news events, including the Hit & Run civilian death claims, the London attacks, former Prime Minister John Key's final speech to Parliament and Adele's concert.

A new book, Hit & Run, alleges six civilians were killed in an operation in Afghanistan led by New Zealand's elite SAS soldiers, accompanied by American and Afghan forces.

In London, five people are dead and dozens injured after a man drove a car along Westminster Bridge footpath before stabbing a policeman and being shot dead.

Meanwhile, in Wellington Mr Key gave his final speech to Parliament and in Auckland, at her first concert, British singer Adele made an emotional tribute to the victims of the London attack.
