Moliga leads delegation to former Congressman's funeral

American Samoa's Governor Lolo Moliga will lead the territory's delegation to the funeral of former Congressman Faleomavaega Eni Hunkin in the United States later this week.

The current representative in Congress Aumua Amata, the Senate President Gaoteote Palaie Tofau and Secretary Leoo Vaa Ma'o are also attending the service.

It's being held on Saturday in Provo, Utah where the 73 year old died last month.

Faleomavaega 's family has asked that donations be made in memory of the longtime congressman to the Eni F. Faleomavaega Scholarship at Brigham Young University.

The scholarship at the Hawaiian university is for the benefit of Pacific Island students.
