The Government says it is rapt with progress on its action plan for achieving a range of health and well-being targets it has set for children.
Three cabinet ministers held a news conference on Wednesday to re-announce the plan, which was first launched in July.
Health Minister Tony Ryall, Education Minister Hekia Parata and Social Development Minister Paula Bennett hosted media, mothers and babies at a parliamentary launch of the newly printed document.
A set of public-service targets launched in July include reducing assaults on children and improving early education participation, as well as improving vaccination rates and reducing rheumatic fever.
The document is a rehash of the plan already announced but Mr Ryall says progress is being made on the targets.
