A second new National Party MP has been sworn into Parliament this week.
Claudette Hauiti has taken over from National list MP Aaron Gilmore, who resigned from Parliament earlier in May following widespread criticism of his conduct at a Hanmer Springs hotel.
Mr Gilmore is alleged to have threatened to have a waiter sacked.
Ms Hauiti is a former television programme producer and had been working as a business consultant to independent Maori television production houses and with iwi organisations.
On Tuesday, National MP Paul Foster-Bell was also sworn in to Parliament to replace list MP Jackie Blue who resigned to become the new Equal Employment Opportunities Commissioner.
