The Labour Party says the review of the Earthquake Commission the Government called for a year ago, needs to be done now.
Labour's Earthquake Commission spokesperson, Clayton Cosgrove, says it was a year ago Wednesday the Earthquake Recovery Minister, Gerry Brownee, promised a review of EQC.
Mr Cosgrove says the review is seriously needed.
He says it's no surprise EQC is breaching privacy on a seemingly systemic scale because it is operating 170,000 spreadsheets, which equates to about 141 each employee.
Spreadsheets attached to emails that have been sent to the wrong people have been a part of the series of privacy breaches.
Mr Cosgrove says Cantabrians are fed up with the slow pace of the rebuild and the lack of information.
