The Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union has announced election donations totalling $75,000 to the Labour and Green parties.
The donations were agreed at the union's national conference.
It will donate $60,000 to Labour and $15,000 to the Green Party for their election campaigns.
Union National Secretary Bill Newson said a Labour-Green coalition government was the best hope for restoring workers' rights, rebuilding the manufacturing sector and ensuring all New Zealanders had a fair share of the growing economy.
