New Zealand Independent Coalition leader, Brendan Horan, is calling for the Electoral Commission to replay the opening political party addresses, which ran on television at the same time as an All Blacks' game last night.

Mr Horan said the democratic process was under attack from many interests and scheduling the TV opening addresses against New Zealand's national game was a shocking blunder.
He said the one hour of opening addresses should be re-broadcast.
